About the Client
Store N Save Storage is a self-storage facility serving the Downtown Long Beach area. Like many small businesses in a competitive local market, they needed customers to find them at the exact moment someone was searching for a storage unit nearby.
The Challenge
When Store N Save Storage came to LocalLenz.ai, they were struggling to rent units. Their digital presence had three critical problems:
- Their Google Business Profile had the location pin marked in the wrong city, which was costing them visibility in the local 3-pack for the searches that mattered most.
- The GBP itself was unoptimized. The profile was incomplete, categories were off, and they had no consistent strategy for generating reviews.

The Approach
We tackled this in two phases.
Phase 1: Fix the Foundation

Phase 2: Rebuild the Website
We completely restructured the website.
